Steak Roast

The STEAK DINNER is back and will be hosted by the Board of Trustees on Saturday July 11^th. Please make your plans to join us. Dinners include a nice thick strip steak, multiple sides, salad, roll and butter. The kids menu includes a burger and sides. Deserts are included. This event is open to members and non-members alike. Steak dinners are $30; kids burger meals are $8. The kid’s meals are designed to help families with children and are not intended for adults. Serving will be roughly from 5:00-6:00 PM. Please bring your own tablecloth and any beverages you wish (yes, alcohol is permitted in the pavilion and camping areas). Lemonade, iced tea and coffee will be provided.

A bounce house will be provided for the kids. Weather permitting, we will have fireworks after dark. All ranges will be open. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on ranges and the ranges are closed to anyone having consumed alcohol. Dinner reservations must be made in advance, no later than Tuesday, July 7th at 1:00 PM. Tickets will be paid for and picked up at the dinner. Tickets can be reserved by email (preferred) at crookedcreekevent@gmail.com or by calling 440-357-8041 and leaving a message. In your message, let us know how many tickets you would like. All orders will be confirmed by email or returned phone call but please give us a few days to get back to you. Again, volunteers are needed in all areas; preparation, serving, clean up as well as games. Contact the reservation email or answering machine if you can help.

NOTE ON DINNERS: Due to members signing up for dinners and then not showing up, our club policy is; if you sign up for a dinner and do not show and do not cancel in advance, you will be assessed on the following years dues statement. These dinners are put on at no profit to the club. When people do not show, the club and fellow members take the loss. This is a rain or shine event.
