Crooked Creek Conservation Club will be hosting a
CMP John C. Garand and CMP Rimfire Sporter match on Saturday, 17 July. A
full four relays will be available on the 100-yard range for the Garand match.
Construction of a pavilion on the west rimfire range has started, but will not
interfere with the match. But the west range will close after the 1030
relay for set-up for the practical pistol match. The east range will
close down after the Noon relay. Advance reservations are recommended.
Club members are encouraged to come out on
Tuesday afternoons (weather permitting) around 5PM to help construct the cover
over the west pistol bay.
This will be the last Rimfire Sporter match before the Nationals at Camp Perry
(25 July).
